Ingredients
Crouton

large romaine lettuce

of grated Parmesan

of bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
Crouton
- Slice the bread into 2 cm cubes. In a large bowl, put the bread cubes, olive oil and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Bake at 350 ° F for 5 to 10 minutes or until the croutons are crispy. Reserve.
Dressing
- In a food processor or mixer, combine all the dressing ingredients (except olive oil) for 1 minute.
- Leave the robot running and pour the oil in a stream. The sauce will become creamy.
Salad
- Wash and wring out the lettuce. Roughly cut with a knife or with your hands. Place in a large bowl.
- Add the Parmesan, croutons, bacon and sauce as needed and mix well. Serve immediately.
