Cheese Fondue and sides

Ingredients
Fondue

1/3 cup
of white wine
-
200 g
of Oka cheese (without the rind)

200 g
of Swiss cheese
-
200 g
of Providence d’Oka cheese (without the rind)

200 g
of medium cheddar cheese
-
1 tsp
of cornstarch
-
1
garlic clove, cut in 2
Sides
-
1 package
of Dalisa sausages of your choice (boiled and sliced)
-
Green apples or pears, in cubes
-
Baby potatoes (pre-cooked)
-
Bread in cubes (white, with nuts, with onion, with seeds, the possibility are endless)

Any other fruit, vegetable or meat that inspires you!
Preparation
- Rub the fondue pot with the garlic clove to give it a good garlic taste.
- Cut the cheeses in cubes (or grated them).
- Mix cornstarch and wine.
- Add the cheese to the fondue pot and let melt slowly. Add the wine and cornstarch. Mix well.
- If the fondue seems too thick, gradually add more wine. Or, if it is too runny, add more cheese or a mix of cornstarch and wine to thicken. A teaspoon of fresh lemon juice can also help bind your cheeses as needed.
- Stir regularly during dinner.
