Chinese Rice with Sausages

Ingredients

1 package
of Dalisa sausages of your choice

celery stalks, diced

2
bell peppers, diced

1
chopped onion

1
garlic clove, minced

1 1/2 cup
of rice

2 tbsp
of soy sauce
Preparation
- Boil the Dalisa sausages in boiling water for 10 minutes. Slice them into rings. Reserve.
- Cook the rice according to the method prescribed on the package. Reserve.
- In a large skillet, soften the vegetables in the olive oil. Add soy sauce, sausage rings and rice and cook for 5 minutes.
