Chinese Rice with Sausages

Ingredients

  • 1 package

    of Dalisa sausages of your choice

  • 3

    celery stalks, diced

  • 2

    bell peppers, diced

  • 1

    chopped onion

  • 1

    garlic clove, minced

  • 1 1/2 cup

    of rice

  • 2 tbsp

    of soy sauce

Preparation

  1. Boil the Dalisa sausages in boiling water for 10 minutes. Slice them into rings. Reserve.
  2. Cook the rice according to the method prescribed on the package. Reserve.
  3. In a large skillet, soften the vegetables in the olive oil. Add soy sauce, sausage rings and rice and cook for 5 minutes.
