Cranberry Sausage Bite

Ingredients

  • 1 package

    of Ham & Maple Dalisa sausages

  • 1/4 cup

    of cranberries

  • 1 package

    of bacon, uncooked

Preparation

  1. Cut the sausage into 2 cm slices.
  2. Make an incision in the middle and remove some sausage meat. Put a few cranberries inside.
  3. Wrap everything in a slice of bacon. You can also add a piece of brie inside.
  4. Bake on parchment paper for 25 minutes or until bacon is golden brown. It's an ideal bite for the holidays!
