Easy Sauerkraut with Sausage

Ingredients

Dalisa sausages

1 tsp
of olive oil

1 large
onion, diced

2 tbsp
of chopped parsley

1
clove of garlic

2 tbsp
of white wine

2 tbsp
of vinegar

cabbage, finely chopped

1 cup
of chicken broth
-
Pinch of salt and pepper

3 tbsp
of corn syrup
Preparation
- Heat the oil, melt the onion until transparent.
- Add the parsley, garlic, wine and vinegar. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the cabbage, salt and pepper and the chicken broth. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Stir regularly.
- Add the corn syrup and place in a preheated oven at 350ºF (180ºC) for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the sausages in a pan for about 10 minutes, turning them regularly. Cut the sausages in half and add them to the cabbage mixture.
- Continue cooking in the oven for 15 minutes.
