Easy Sauerkraut with Sausage

Ingredients

  • 4

    Dalisa sausages

  • 1 tsp

    of olive oil

  • 1 large

    onion, diced

  • 2 tbsp

    of chopped parsley

  • 1

    clove of garlic

  • 2 tbsp

    of white wine

  • 2 tbsp

    of vinegar

  • 1

    cabbage, finely chopped

  • 1 cup

    of chicken broth

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

  • 3 tbsp

    of corn syrup

Preparation

  1. Heat the oil, melt the onion until transparent.
  2. Add the parsley, garlic, wine and vinegar. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the cabbage, salt and pepper and the chicken broth. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Stir regularly.
  4. Add the corn syrup and place in a preheated oven at 350ºF (180ºC) for 20 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the sausages in a pan for about 10 minutes, turning them regularly. Cut the sausages in half and add them to the cabbage mixture.
  6. Continue cooking in the oven for 15 minutes.
