Garlic and Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Preparation
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into one-inch cubes.
- Place the potatoes and peeled garlic cloves in a large saucepan. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a fork passes easily through the cubes. The potatoes should be very tender.
- Drain and return to the pot.
- Add the butter, cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper. Mash with a potato masher. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
