Gluten-Free Italian Sausage Frittata

Ingredients

  • 2

    Dalisa Gluten-Free Italian sausages, cooked and sliced

  • 1/4

    yellow bell pepper, diced

  • 1/4

    red bell pepper, diced

  • 1/4

    large red onion, diced

  • 1/4 cup

    of fresh Italian parsley, chopped

  • 5

    eggs

  • 1/4 cup

    of Parmesan cheese

  • 200 ml

    of 35% cooking cream

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients.
  2. Butter a baking dish and pour in the frittata mix.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 to 20 minutes. Test the cooking with a knife, if everything is cooked, it should come out clean.
