Ingredients

Dalisa Gluten-Free Italian sausages, cooked and sliced

yellow bell pepper, diced

1/4
red bell pepper, diced

1/4
large red onion, diced

1/4 cup
of fresh Italian parsley, chopped

eggs
-
1/4 cup
of Parmesan cheese
-
200 ml
of 35% cooking cream

Pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
- In a large bowl combine all the ingredients.
- Butter a baking dish and pour in the frittata mix.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 to 20 minutes. Test the cooking with a knife, if everything is cooked, it should come out clean.
