Grilled Asparagus with Lemon and Beef Tournedos

Ingredients

  • 4

    Dalisa beef tournedos

  • 1 lb

    of fresh asparagus

  • 4 tbsp

    of olive oil (divided)

  • 2

    garlic cloves

  • 2 tbsp

    of grated Parmesan

  • 2 tbsp

    of lemon juice (once squeezed, slice the lemon into slices)

  • 1/2 tsp

    of red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 ° F. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in an ovenproof skillet.
  2. In the hot skillet, sear the beef tournedos 2 minutes per side. Don't forget to sear the bacon coating.
  3. Meanwhile, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the asparagus and lemon slices. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss to coat.
  4. Place the tournedos and asparagus in the oven at the same time for 10 to 15 minutes (depending on the size of the asparagus and the desired doneness of the beef).
