Grilled Sausage and Mango Salad

Ingredients
Mayonnaise

1/4 cup
of store-bought mayonnaise
-
1 tbsp
of lime juice
-
1 tbsp
of Dijon mustard
Salad
-
4
Dalisa Hot Italian sausages
-
1/2
fennel bulb, thinly sliced
-
4 cups
of baby spinach
-
1/2 cup
of fresh basil leaves
-
2
mangoes, peeled and halved
-
A few
sprouts (like snow peas)

2 tbsp
of olive oil
Preparation
- In a small bowl, mix the ingredients for the mayonnaise. Reserve.
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, fennel, sprouts, basil and olive oil. Reserve.
- On the BBQ, cook the sausages for 15 minutes, turning them often. Grill the mangoes for about 2 minutes on each side. Slice the mangoes and sausages into pieces.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the salad. Divide everything on four plates.
