Halloween – Coq au porc with White Worms

Ingredients

Dalisa coq au porc

2 tbsp
of oil

1 tbsp
of butter
-
1
onion, diced

2
garlic cloves, minced
-
1 cup
of dried pitted prunes, minced

3/4 cup
of dry white wine
-
1/4 cup
of heavy cream (35%)

1/4 cup
of parmesan cheese

Angel
hair pasta for 4 people
Preparation
- In an oven-safe skillet, heat butter and oil. Sear the coqs au porc. Remove from the skillet.
- Add onion, garlic and prunes. Cook for 3 minutes. Deglaze with white wine.
- Bake in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes.
- In a saucepan, bring salty water to a boil. Cook angel hair until they are cooked al dente. Drain and keep ¼ cup of cooking water.
- Add the pasta, Parmesan and heavy cream in the sauce pan and mix well. Season to taste.
- Serve your prunes Coq au porc with white worms for a Halloween meal.
