Halloween – Coq au porc with White Worms

Ingredients

  • 4

    Dalisa coq au porc

  • 2 tbsp

    of oil

  • 1 tbsp

    of butter

  • 1

    onion, diced

  • 2

    garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup

    of dried pitted prunes, minced

  • 3/4 cup

    of dry white wine

  • 1/4 cup

    of heavy cream (35%)

  • 1/4 cup

    of parmesan cheese

  • Angel

    hair pasta for 4 people

Preparation

  1. In an oven-safe skillet, heat butter and oil. Sear the coqs au porc. Remove from the skillet.
  2. Add onion, garlic and prunes. Cook for 3 minutes. Deglaze with white wine.
  3. Bake in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan, bring salty water to a boil. Cook angel hair until they are cooked al dente. Drain and keep ¼ cup of cooking water.
  5. Add the pasta, Parmesan and heavy cream in the sauce pan and mix well. Season to taste.
  6. Serve your prunes Coq au porc with white worms for a Halloween meal.
