Italian Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound

    of ground beef

  • 1 pound

    of Dalisa Italian Sausage

  • 1 cup

    of breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup

    of ricotta cheese

  • 1/4 cup

    of chopped fresh parsley

  • 1/4 cup

    of chopped fresh oregano

  • 2

    eggs

  • 2/3 cup

    of grated Parmesan

  • 1/4 cup

    of milk

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 ° C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients with your hands.
  3. Form balls of about 3 tablespoons each (or depending on the desired size). Place on the baking sheet without them touching.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes then check the doneness.
  5. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months in the freezer.
