Preparation
This recipe is taken from the Dalisa Junior section
- Dice the peppers and the onion. Use a garlic press to finely chop the garlic.
- Remove the skin from the sausages to keep only the flesh. Heat a pan with olive oil and place the sausage meat and onions in it. Stir often to break up sausage.
- After 5 minutes, add the garlic, oregano, crushed tomatoes, vegetable broth, peppers, sugar, tomato paste and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, fill a large saucepan with water. Add 1 tbsp of salt in the water. When the water boils, add the spaghetti and let them cook according to the cooking time indicated on the package.
- To serve, place a portion of spaghetti in a bowl or plate and top with your sauce. Add a leaf or two of fresh basil. Enjoy your meal !
