Primavera Sausage Stuffed Bread

    round loaf of bread, about 625 g

  • 4

    Dalisa Primavera sausages

  • 60 ml (1/4 cup)

    melted garlic butter

  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cups)

    homemade or store-bought spaghetti sauce

  • 500 ml (2 cups)

    grated Italian cheese blend


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and cook sausages for about 10 minutes.
  2. Using a bread knife, cut off the top of the loaf. Empty the inside of the bread, taking care not to break the crust. The inside of the bread can be saved for other uses.
  3. Spread melted garlic butter, half of the spaghetti sauce and the cooked and diced sausages in the loaf. Add a small amount of cheese and the rest of the sauce and sausages. Top with cheese and cover with the top of the loaf.
  4. Place on an aluminum tray or ovenproof pan. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the loaf is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
