Raclette-Style Breakfast Casserole with Bacon & Cheddar Tapas Sausages

    package of Dalisa Bacon & Cheddar Tapas sausages

  • Blanched peppers, mushrooms and broccoli

  • Blanched potatoes, cut into cubes

  • Smoked cheddar raclette cheese

  • 1

    clove garlic, chopped

  • 1

    French shallot, chopped

  • Butter and olive oil

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

  • Chopped fresh herbs (chives and parsley to taste)


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In an ovenproof pan, soften shallot and garlic in butter and olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add sausages. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until they start to turn golden.
  4. Add potatoes, other vegetables and stir. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Remove from heat and add raclette cheese slices to the pan.
  6. Crack the raw eggs directly onto the mixture.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes or until eggs are cooked but still runny.
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
