Ingredients

package of Dalisa Bacon & Cheddar Tapas sausages

Blanched peppers, mushrooms and broccoli
-
Blanched potatoes, cut into cubes

Smoked cheddar raclette cheese

clove garlic, chopped
-
1
French shallot, chopped
-
Butter and olive oil
-
Salt and freshly ground pepper
-
Chopped fresh herbs (chives and parsley to taste)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In an ovenproof pan, soften shallot and garlic in butter and olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sausages. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until they start to turn golden.
- Add potatoes, other vegetables and stir. Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat and add raclette cheese slices to the pan.
- Crack the raw eggs directly onto the mixture.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until eggs are cooked but still runny.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
