Ranch Pasta Salad with Bacon & Cheddar Sausages

Ingredients

4 cups
of cavatappis or any other pasta

1 package
of Dalisa Bacon & Cheddar sausages

1/2 cup
of store-bought ranch sauce
-
1/4 cup
of mayonnaise
-
1/4 cup
of milk
-
1 cup
of diced vegetables of your choice (carrots, celery, bell pepper, onion, etc.)

Salt and pepper
-
Chopped chives
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake the sausages for about 20 minutes on a foil-lined baking sheet. Let cool and slice thinly.
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Let cool.
- Mix together ranch sauce, mayonnaise and milk.
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt, pepper and chopped chives.
- Leave in the fridge for about 2 hours before eating.
