Ranch Pasta Salad with Bacon & Cheddar Sausages

  • Baking — 20 minutes

  • 4 cups

    of cavatappis or any other pasta

  • 1 package

    of Dalisa Bacon & Cheddar sausages

  • 1/2 cup

    of store-bought ranch sauce

  • 1/4 cup

    of mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup

    of milk

  • 1 cup

    of diced vegetables of your choice (carrots, celery, bell pepper, onion, etc.)

  • Salt and pepper

  • Chopped chives


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake the sausages for about 20 minutes on a foil-lined baking sheet. Let cool and slice thinly.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Let cool.
  3. Mix together ranch sauce, mayonnaise and milk.
  4. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt, pepper and chopped chives.
  5. Leave in the fridge for about 2 hours before eating.
