Roasted Sausage and Grape

Dalisa Mild Italian sausages

1 tbsp
of vegetable oil

1 tbsp
of butter
-
1 cup
of red wine
-
1 + 1/2 cup
of seedless red grapes
-
2 tbsp
of chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
- In a saucepan, cover the sausages with cold water. Boil for 1 minute. Remove the sausages and let cool.
- Cut the sausages into 3 sections.
- In a skillet, heat the oil and butter over medium-high heat and brown the sausages on all sides for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove excess fat.
- Add the wine and grapes and cook until the grapes start to pop. Remove from the heat and add the chopped parsley. Serve with pasta and green vegetables.
