Roasted Sausage and Grape

Ingredients

  • 8

    Dalisa Mild Italian sausages

  • 1 tbsp

    of vegetable oil

  • 1 tbsp

    of butter

  • 1 cup

    of red wine

  • 1 + 1/2 cup

    of seedless red grapes

  • 2 tbsp

    of chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, cover the sausages with cold water. Boil for 1 minute. Remove the sausages and let cool.
  2. Cut the sausages into 3 sections.
  3. In a skillet, heat the oil and butter over medium-high heat and brown the sausages on all sides for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove excess fat.
  4. Add the wine and grapes and cook until the grapes start to pop. Remove from the heat and add the chopped parsley. Serve with pasta and green vegetables.
