Sandwich with Dalisa Ham and Maple sausage

Ingredients

  • 4

    Dalisa Ham and Maple sausages

  • 1/2 cup

    of mayonnaise

  • 3 tablespoons

    of maple syrup

  • 1 cup

    of aragula

  • 2 tablespoons

    of olive oil

  • 1/2 cup

    of crushed roasted hazelnut

  • 1

    Granny Smith apple, cut into straps

  • 4

    sandwich breads

  • To taste,

    salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. To make the sauce, mix mayonnaise, maple syrup and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Grill sausages on the BBQ.
  3. In a bowl, mix arugula, hazelnuts, sliced apples and olive oil in sufficient quantity. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Slice the sandwich bread, spread the maple mayonnaise on the bread, add the grilled sausage and top with the arugula, apple and hazelnut filling. Put a fillet of maple syrup on top.
