Sandwich with Dalisa Italian sausage

Ingredients

Dalisa Italian sausage

1/2 cup
of mayonnaise

3 tablespoons
of pesto

1/2
eggplant, sliced lengthwise

green zucchini, sliced lengthwise

1/2
red onion, sliced

red bell pepper, cut into 8

1/2
garlic clove, chopped

3 to 4
Tabasco drops

sandwich bread

To taste,
balsamic caramel

A pinch
of salt and pepper
Preparation
- For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, pesto, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Slice the eggplant and the zucchini. Allow the excess water to drain off. Absorb water with a paper towel.
- Lightly oil and season the vegetables.
- On the BBQ, grill the eggplant, zucchini, onions and peppers. Allow to cool.
- Cut the grilled vegetables into julienne. In a bowl, put the vegetables, chopped garlic, a little olive oil, season with salt, pepper and Tabasco. Set aside.
- Grill sausages on the BBQ.
- Split the sandwich bread. Spread the pesto mayonnaise on the bread, add grilled sausage, grilled vegetables and drizzle balsamic caramel on top of the sandwich.
