Sausage and Beef Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 package

    of Dalisa Hot Italian sausages (approx. 450 g)

  • 1/3 lb

    of lean ground beef

  • 2 tbsp

    of Italian breadcrumbs

Preparation

  1. Preheat the BBQ. In a large bowl, combine the ingredients.
  2. Shape into 6 patties about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Cook on indirect cooking for about 15 minutes. Be careful not to overcook so that the patties remain tender and juicy.
