Sausage-Stuffed Potatoes

    large potatoes

    Dalisa sausages (Shallots & White Wine flavour)

  • 250 ml

    of sour cream

  • 2 tbsp

    of cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 2

    green onions, minced

  • 1/2 cup

    of grated cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper


  1. Bake the potatoes in the oven until the flesh is tender, but not completely cooked through. Let cool and scoop out the flesh, leaving a thin layer of potatoes on the inside.
  2. Add the sausage's flesh in each potato. Return to the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until the sausages are cooked.
  3. In a bowl, combine sour cream, bacon and green onion.
  4. Garnish the potatoes with the sour cream mix. Top with grated cheese. Return to the oven for 3 to 4 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
