Sausages Shepherd’s Pie

Ingredients

large potatoes

1 tbsp
of olive oil

Dalisa Shallots & White Wine sausages

1 lb
of lean ground beef

1
yellow onion
-
2 cans
of corn kernels
-
1 can
of creamed corn
-
1/4
of a brick of Mamirolle cheese
-
1/4 lb
of unsalted butter
-
1
green shallot
Preparation
- Cube the potatoes and cook them in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil. Cook the sausage flesh, ground beef and minced onion for about 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and put in a deep dish.
- Distribute the canned corn over the meat in the dish.
- Grate the cheese.
- Mash the potatoes. Add the grated cheese, butter and shallots. Season. Spread the mashed potatoes over the corn.
- Bake to brown the cheese and potatoes.
