Slow cooker Italian Meatballs

Italian Dalisa sausages

celery stalks (chopped)

large yellow onion (chopped)

cans of diced tomatoes with herbs

1
small pot of store-bought salsa

garlic cloves, minced

2 tsp
of dried oregano

2 tsp
of dried basil

2 tbsp
of olive oil

Fresh Parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Remove the casing from the sausages and form 30 meatballs with the flesh.
- Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours. Check the doneness of the meatballs.
- Serve the meatballs over rice or pasta. Sprinkle with fresh Parmesan to taste.
