Dalisa Chorizo sausages

of cream cheese at room temperature

garlic cloves

1 tbsp
of chopped parsley

2 tbsp
of white wine

1/3 cup
of grated Parmesan
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Bake the sausages in the oven for 15 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
- Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems and a little flesh with a small spoon. Place mushroom caps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine cooked sausages, cream cheese, garlic, parsley and wine. Mix at high intensity to obtain a homogeneous texture.
- Gently add the sausage mixture into the mushroom caps with a spoon. Garnish with Parmesan.
- Bake at 400°F for 14 to 16 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and lightly browned.
