Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2

    Dalisa Chorizo sausages

  • 25

    white mushrooms

  • 1 package

    of cream cheese at room temperature

  • 3

    garlic cloves

  • 1 tbsp

    of chopped parsley

  • 2 tbsp

    of white wine

  • 1/3 cup

    of grated Parmesan

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Bake the sausages in the oven for 15 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
  2. Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems and a little flesh with a small spoon. Place mushroom caps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a food processor, combine cooked sausages, cream cheese, garlic, parsley and wine. Mix at high intensity to obtain a homogeneous texture.
  4. Gently add the sausage mixture into the mushroom caps with a spoon. Garnish with Parmesan.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 14 to 16 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and lightly browned.
