Sweet Crepes with Bacon & Cheddar Sausage

Dalisa Bacon & Cheddar sausages

1 cup
of all-purpose flour

2
eggs
-
1 1/2 cup
of milk

1 tsp
of vanilla extract

Butter, for cooking
To assemble crepes

Grated cheddar cheese
-
Maple syrup
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and bake the sausages for 15 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs and vanilla.
- Preheat a pancake pan over medium heat. Add a little butter. Cook 1 pancake at a time.
- Cut the cooked sausages in half lengthwise.
- Place a piece of sausage, cheese and maple syrup in each pancake and serve.
