Sweet Crepes with Bacon & Cheddar Sausage

Ingredients

  • 4

    Dalisa Bacon & Cheddar sausages

  • 1 cup

    of all-purpose flour

  • 2

    eggs

  • 1 1/2 cup

    of milk

  • 1 tsp

    of vanilla extract

  • Butter, for cooking

To assemble crepes

  • Grated cheddar cheese

  • Maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and bake the sausages for 15 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs and vanilla.
  3. Preheat a pancake pan over medium heat. Add a little butter. Cook 1 pancake at a time.
  4. Cut the cooked sausages in half lengthwise.
  5. Place a piece of sausage, cheese and maple syrup in each pancake and serve.
