Sweet Sausages

  • Baking — 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 package

    of Dalisa sausages (Bacon & Cheddar or Ham & Maple)

  • 1/4 cup

    of butter

  • 1 cup

    of maple syrup

  • 1 pinch

    of cayenne pepper (or more)

Preparation

  1. In a large skillet, melt 1 tbsp of butter. Cook the sausages for 2 minutes per side.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Transfer the sausage and sauce to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Continue cooking the sausages in a preheated oven at 375°F for 10 minutes.
  4. To be enjoyed for breakfast or brunch.
