Slowly cooked sweet and sour pork

Ingredients

of peeled potatoes

of chopped onions

pork roast (about 3 kg)

garlic cloves

of water

1/2 cup
of ketchup

3 tablespoons
of red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons
of brown sugar

2 tablespoons
of soy sauce (low sodium)

1 teaspoon
of Dijon mustard

of freshly ground black pepper

of salt

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
- Arrange the potatoes and onions at the bottom of the pan. Place pork over potatoes and onions. Sprinkle garlic on pork and vegetables.
- In a bowl, mix water, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, mustard, pepper and salt, bay leaf. Pour on meat and vegetables.
- Put on the heat and bring to a boil, then bake for 6 hours.
- Serve with the vegetables.
