Hot italien sausage & cherry tomato ramen

    package of Dalisa Hot italian sausage, 450g

  • Olive oil, for cooking

  • 2 cups

    cherry tomatoes

  • 1

    red Thai chili, chopped

  • 2

    garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4 cup

    coriander, chopped

  • Juice of half a lime

  • 1 tbsp.


  • 300g

    cooked ramen noodles

  • 1 cup

    chicken broth

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Remove the sausages from their casing and crumble the meat into a preheated pan over medium-high heat, adding a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Once the meat is cooked, add the cherry tomatoes, chili, garlic, and coriander to the pan. Mix and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  3. When the tomatoes start to burst, pour in the lime juice, add honey, and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pan with chicken broth. Gently mix and let it cook until the noodles are heated through.
  5. Serve garnished with fresh coriander.
