2 baguettes, sliced
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the sausages on a baking sheet and cook for 16 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mascarpone, and mayonnaise until smooth and well combined.
- Add the chopped spinach, garlic, and green onions, then mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
- Incorporate cheddar and parmesan cheeses, reserving a small amount for topping.
- Spread the mixture evenly in an oven-proof dish. Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the sausages into cubes and slice the baguettes.
- Once out of the oven, arrange the sausage pieces on top and sprinkle the remaining cheddar and parmesan.
- Return the dish to the oven until the cheese is melted and the mixture is bubbly.
- Serve hot with slices of baguette for dipping.
