Spinach, Bacon & Cheddar sausage Dip

    Dalisa Bacon & Cheddar sausages

  • 227 g

    softened cream cheese

  • 275 g

    mascarpone cheese

  • 2 tbsp


  • 312 g

    fresh spinach, chopped

  • 1/2 cup

    green onions, chopped

  • 2

    garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 cup

    cheddar cheese, grated

  • 1/2 cup

    parmesan cheese, grated

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 baguettes, sliced


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the sausages on a baking sheet and cook for 16 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mascarpone, and mayonnaise until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the chopped spinach, garlic, and green onions, then mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
  4. Incorporate cheddar and parmesan cheeses, reserving a small amount for topping.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in an oven-proof dish. Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, cut the sausages into cubes and slice the baguettes.
  7. Once out of the oven, arrange the sausage pieces on top and sprinkle the remaining cheddar and parmesan.
  8. Return the dish to the oven until the cheese is melted and the mixture is bubbly.
  9. Serve hot with slices of baguette for dipping.
