Dalisa sausages and mushrooms Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 4

    Dalisa Italian sausages

  • 1

    focaccia or baguette

  • 2

    white mushrooms trays

  • 1

    large tomato

  • 1 tablespoon

    of puréed garlic

  • Parmesan petals, to taste

  • Chopped fresh parsley, to taste

  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat the barbecue to 375-400 F.
  2. Dice the tomato, cut the mushrooms in half.
  3. In a cast iron skillet, cook the mushrooms with olive oil and garlic.
  4. Cook the sausages as prescribed on the package, Cut into slices.
  5. Cut the baguette and grill it lightly on the barbecue. Rub garlic on the grilled side of the baguette.
  6. Cut the baguette into desired shape. Add sausages, mushrooms and diced tomatoes.
  7. Garnish with parmesan, olive oil, parsley and pepper.
