Dalisa sausages and mushrooms Bruschetta

Dalisa Italian sausages

focaccia or baguette

white mushrooms trays

large tomato

1 tablespoon
of puréed garlic

Parmesan petals, to taste

Chopped fresh parsley, to taste

Olive oil
Preparation
- Preheat the barbecue to 375-400 F.
- Dice the tomato, cut the mushrooms in half.
- In a cast iron skillet, cook the mushrooms with olive oil and garlic.
- Cook the sausages as prescribed on the package, Cut into slices.
- Cut the baguette and grill it lightly on the barbecue. Rub garlic on the grilled side of the baguette.
- Cut the baguette into desired shape. Add sausages, mushrooms and diced tomatoes.
- Garnish with parmesan, olive oil, parsley and pepper.
