Dalisa sausages rotinis

Ingredients

  • 4

    Dalisa sausages of your choice

  • 3 cups

    of vegetables rotinis

  • 2 tablespoons

    of olive oil

  • 1

    chopped onion

  • 1

    diced small zucchini

  • 1 can of 398 ml

    of diced tomatoes

  • 1

    garlic clove

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water. (Follow the instructions on the package). Cook the sausages in a skillet for about 12 minutes, turning them regularly. Remove from heat and cut into pieces of about 1 inch.
  2. In the same skillet, heat the olive oil, add the onions and cook for 5 minutes. Add garlic, diced zucchini and a can of tomato. Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Add the sausage pieces and pasta. Heat for 5 minutes or until mixture is hot.
