Mini Sausage Croissant

Ingredients

  • 1 package

    of Dalisa sausages (flavour of your choice)

  • 1 package

    of Pillsbury ready to bake crescents

  • 16

    small slices of cheese

Preparation

This recipe is taken from the Dalisa Junior section.

  1. Start by baking the sausages in the oven at 375°F for about 15 minutes. Then let them cool a bit and cut them in 2 lengthwise.
  2. Carefully open the croissant dough and lay the triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Cut each of the triangles in 2 lengthwise to form 2 triangles of the same size.
  4. Place a slice of cheese on the dough triangle and put a cooked sausage on the cheese.
  5. Carefully roll up the croissant, starting with the wide end.
  6. Bake the croissants in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 15 to 18 minutes, or until the croissant is golden brown.
