Nachos with Pico De Gallo

Ingredients
Pico De Gallo

of red onion (finely chopped)

lime (juice and zest)

of fresh cilantro (chopped)

jalapeno (seeds removed and finely chopped)

Salt and pepper

of butter

Dalisa Mexican sausages (or any other flavour)

1 bag
of corn chips
-
2 cups
of grated Monterrey Jack cheese

Sour cream
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the Pico De Gallo. Reserve.
- In a large skillet, heat the butter. Cook the sausages in the pan, breaking up the flesh with a wooden spoon to obtain a texture similar to ground meat. Drain the fat and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 400 ° F.
- On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread half the chips. Top with half the cheese and half the meat. Add a second row of chips, cheese and meat. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is well melted.
- Before serving, garnish with Pico De Gallo. Serve with sour cream.
