Sausage-Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

Dalisa White Wine & Shallots sausages

shallot, minced

2 tbsp
fresh chives

3 tbsp
fresh parsley

5 tbsp
white wine

large mushrooms

1/3 cup
of breadcrumbs

1/2 cup
of grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup
of grated mozzarella cheese
Preparation
- Remove the casing from the sausages to keep only the flesh. Chop the fresh herbs. Remove the stems of the mushrooms.
- In a bowl, combine the sausage meat, parsley, chives and white wine.
- Place the mushrooms without stems in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle a little breadcrumbs inside the mushrooms. Divide the sausage mixture among each mushroom.
- On top of the sausage mixture in the mushroom, add mozzarella, Parmesan, then breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 375°F.
