Vietnamese fried rice

Ingredients

Dalisa sausages of your choice

2 cups
of cooked rice

small daikon (or 1/2 of a large)

medium carrots
-
1
fennel
-
2 tbsp
of soy sauce (to taste)

green onions
-
1
lime in wedges

Chopped cilantro to taste
Preparation
- In an oven preheated to 375°, cook sausages for 15 to 20 minutes, turning them once. Let cool then cut into slices.
- Cut the daikon and carrots into small cubes. Chop the green onion and fennel.
- In a large skillet, cook the daikon, carrots and fennel for about 5 minutes.
- Add the sausages and soy sauce. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice and adjust the amount of soy sauce if necessary.
- Serve in a bowl with chopped cilantro, green onion and a dash of lime juice.
