Ingredients

package of Dalisa Mexican sausages, sliced in 3

tortillas

large red onion, thinly sliced

large bell peppers, thinly sliced

1/4 cup
of water

Garnish of your choice : sour cream, lime, salsa, avocado, cheese, jalapeños, etc.
Homemade fajitas seasoning

1 tsp
of smoked paprika
-
1/2 tsp
of oregano
-
1/2 tsp
of chili powder
-
1/2 tsp
of garlic powder
-
1 tsp
of cumin
-
1/2 tsp
of salt
-
1/2 tsp
of pepper
Preparation
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add the sliced sausages and onion. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the peppers, seasoning and water. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until the sausages are done.
- Heat the tortillas in the oven in foil.
- Serve the fajitas with your favourite sides.
