Spaghetti Sauce in the Slow Cooker

Ingredients

of ground beef

450 g
of Dalisa Italian sausage (hot or mild)

1 tsp
of olive oil
-
1 can
of diced tomatoes (398 ml)

1 can
of tomato paste (156 ml)

1 large
onion (diced)

3
celery stalks (diced)

1
red bell pepper (diced)
-
2
garlic cloves (minced)
-
1 tsp
of maple syrup
-
Spaghetti spices to taste
Preparation
- Heat oil in a large skillet.
- Cook ground beef, drain, then transfer to the slow cooker.
- Cook the sausages in the pan while breaking the flesh with a wooden spoon. Drain and transfer to the slow cooker.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
