Dalisa’s Sausage Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients

11/2 cup (125 ml)
Dalisa sausages (flavor of your choice), diced

eggs

30 ml (2 c. à soupe)
2 tbsp (30 ml) chopped parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp (15 ml)
of butter

red bell pepper, cut into strips

1/2
yellow bell pepper, cut into strips

1/3 cup (80 ml)
marinara sauce

sliced green onions

1/2 cup (125 ml)
mixture of different grated cheeses

large tortillas

Preparation
- Heat oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add pieces of Sausage Dalisa, and sauté for 8 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
- Whisk the eggs with the parsley in a bowl. Salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the beaten eggs and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until the eggs are set.
- Add peppers with marinara sauce.
- Add the Dalisa sausage dice and sauté for a minute.
- Spread the eggs, peppers, green onions, cheese, and Dalisa sausage pieces on the tortillas. Roll up the tortillas tightly. Secure with a toothpick.
- Serve the burritos with hash browns.
