yellow bell pepper (cut into 4 wedges)

red onion (cut into 4 wedges)

zucchini (sliced)

medium eggplant (sliced)

bunch of asparagus
Marinade for vegetables

3 tbsp
of lemon juice
-
3 tbsp
of olive oil
-
1 tsp
of honey
-

garlic cloves
-
1/2 tsp
of dried basil
-
1/2 tsp
of dried parsley
-
1/2 tsp
of dried oregano
-
1/2 tsp
of dried thyme
-
1/2 tsp
of crushed hot pepper

1/2 tsp
of salt

1/2 tsp
of pepper
Preparation
- Combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl. Mix the vegetables with the marinade and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the BBQ at high intensity. Oil the grill. Cook the beef tournedos according to the desired doneness.
- Cook the vegetables according to their respective cooking time (bell pepper and onion: 3 minutes per side, zucchini, mushrooms and asparagus: 2 minutes per side, eggplant: 4 minutes per side).
