Beef Tournedos with grilled vegetables on the BBQ

Ingredients

    Dalisa Beef tournedos

  • 1

    red bell pepper (cut into 4 wedges)

  • 1

    yellow bell pepper (cut into 4 wedges)

  • 1

    red onion (cut into 4 wedges)

  • 1

    zucchini (sliced)

  • 1

    medium eggplant (sliced)

  • 12

    mushrooms

  • 1

    bunch of asparagus

Marinade for vegetables

  • 3 tbsp

    of lemon juice

  • 3 tbsp

    of olive oil

  • 1 tsp

    of honey

  • 2

    garlic cloves

  • 1/2 tsp

    of dried basil

  • 1/2 tsp

    of dried parsley

  • 1/2 tsp

    of dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp

    of dried thyme

  • 1/2 tsp

    of crushed hot pepper

  • 1/2 tsp

    of salt

  • 1/2 tsp

    of pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl. Mix the vegetables with the marinade and let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat the BBQ at high intensity. Oil the grill. Cook the beef tournedos according to the desired doneness.
  3. Cook the vegetables according to their respective cooking time (bell pepper and onion: 3 minutes per side, zucchini, mushrooms and asparagus: 2 minutes per side, eggplant: 4 minutes per side).
