1 tablespoon
of canola oil

1/2 cup
of orange juice

1/4 cup
of maple syrup

1/4 cup
of spicy Thai chili sauce (Thai Kitchen type)

2 tablespoons
of soy sauce

1 tablespoon
of lemon zest

1 tablespoon
of crushed coriander seeds

1 teaspoon
of chopped garlic
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375 F.
- In a bowl, mix the seasonings. Sprinkle pork roosters with this mixture and press lightly so that it adheres well to the meat.
- In an ovenproof skillet, heat oil (medium-high heat). Cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side.
- Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
