Coq au porc, citrus and maple spicy sauce

Ingredients

  • 4

    Dalisa coq au porc

  • 1 tablespoon

    of canola oil

  • 1/2 cup

    of orange juice

  • 1/4 cup

    of maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup

    of spicy Thai chili sauce (Thai Kitchen type)

  • 2 tablespoons

    of soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon

    of lemon zest

  • 1 tablespoon

    of crushed coriander seeds

  • 1 teaspoon

    of chopped garlic

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the seasonings. Sprinkle pork roosters with this mixture and press lightly so that it adheres well to the meat.
  3. In an ovenproof skillet, heat oil (medium-high heat). Cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
