Dalisa sausages and cheese Macaroni

Ingredients

Dalisa sausages of your choice

1/4 cup
of butter
-
1/2 cup
of chopped onion

1 teaspoon
of chopped garlic

1/4 cup
of all-purpose flour

1 cup
of 2% milk
-
1 cup
of grated cheddar cheese
-
1 can
of mushroom cream
-
250g
of cooked macaroni
-
Pinch
of salt and pepper
Preparation
- Cook the sausages in a skillet over medium heat for 12 minutes, turning them regularly. Cut into slices, set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and soften the onions. Add garlic and flour. Mix well. Wet with milk, season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Stir-in cheese, mushroom cream, macaroni and cooked sausages.
- Serve with steamed broccoli, cabbage salad or green salad.
