Dalisa sausages and cheese Macaroni

Ingredients

  • 4

    Dalisa sausages of your choice

  • 1/4 cup

    of butter

  • 1/2 cup

    of chopped onion

  • 1 teaspoon

    of chopped garlic

  • 1/4 cup

    of all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup

    of 2% milk

  • 1 cup

    of grated cheddar cheese

  • 1 can

    of mushroom cream

  • 250g

    of cooked macaroni

  • Pinch

    of salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook the sausages in a skillet over medium heat for 12 minutes, turning them regularly. Cut into slices, set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and soften the onions. Add garlic and flour. Mix well. Wet with milk, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir-in cheese, mushroom cream, macaroni and cooked sausages.
  5. Serve with steamed broccoli, cabbage salad or green salad.
