Easy Sausage and Rice Bowl

  • 4 cups

    of cooked brown rice

  • 6

    Dalisa sausages (flavour of your choice)

  • 4 cups

    of kale

  • 2

    garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp

    of olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Under the supervision of an adult, preheat the oven to 375 ° C. Line a baking sheet with foil and put the sausages on top. Place in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add half the kale and half the garlic. Add salt and pepper. Stir and cook for about 2 minutes, to soften the kale. Repeat with the other half of kale and garlic.
  3. Once the sausages are cooked, let them cool down a bit and ask an adult for help to slice them. They will be very hot.
  4. Divide the warmed rice among 4 bowls. Garnish with a little kale and add the sausage rings.
  5. Enjoy your meal !
