Greek Meatball with Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
Meatballs

450 g
of Dalisa sausages

1/4 cup
of Panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup
of feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup
of sundried tomatoes in oil, chopped

1
clove of garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp
of fresh oregano, chopped
Tzatziki sauce
-
1/2 cup
of grated cucumber
-
1/2 cup
of plain Greek yogurt
-
1/2 cup
of chopped fresh mint
-
Pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the BBQ to 450°F. Clean and oil the BBQ grills.
- Combine all the ingredients for the sauce. Mix well and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the meatballs.
- Form 24 balls with about 2 tbsp of the preparation.
- Thread the meatballs onto wooden picks like skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 6 to 8 minutes over indirect heat. Turn them every 2 minutes.
- Serve the sauce in a bowl and the meatballs on toothpicks. Enjoy as an appetizer.
