Italian Sausage Palmiers

    of Dalisa Italian Sausages (Strong or Mild)

    of puff pastry

    of Parmesan

Herbs sour cream

  • 200 ml

    of sour cream

  • 2 tbsp

    of chopped chives

  • 2 tbsp

    of chopped cilantro

  • 2 tbsp

    of chopped flat-leaf parsley

  • 2 tbsp

    of chopped dill

  • 1

    lime juice

  • Salt and pepper



  1. Remove the membrane from each sausage.
  2. Place the puff pastry on a cutting board.
  3. Spread the sausage meat over the entire surface of the puff pastry so that it is even. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  4. Roll the right side inward to the center. Repeat the same operation with the left side so that you have 2 rolls connected by the center.
  5. Freeze on a baking sheet.
  6. Once frozen, place the rolled dough on a cutting board and let cool for 5 minutes. Once your roll has thawed slightly, cut slices and place them flat on a cookie sheet.
  7. Brush the palmiers with the beaten egg and bake at 400°F for 12 to 15 minutes.

Herbs sour cream

  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
