Ingredients

1 package
of Dalisa Italian Sausages (Strong or Mild)

1 sheet
of puff pastry

of Parmesan
Herbs sour cream

200 ml
of sour cream
-
2 tbsp
of chopped chives
-
2 tbsp
of chopped cilantro
-
2 tbsp
of chopped flat-leaf parsley

2 tbsp
of chopped dill

lime juice
-
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Palmiers
- Remove the membrane from each sausage.
- Place the puff pastry on a cutting board.
- Spread the sausage meat over the entire surface of the puff pastry so that it is even. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Roll the right side inward to the center. Repeat the same operation with the left side so that you have 2 rolls connected by the center.
- Freeze on a baking sheet.
- Once frozen, place the rolled dough on a cutting board and let cool for 5 minutes. Once your roll has thawed slightly, cut slices and place them flat on a cookie sheet.
- Brush the palmiers with the beaten egg and bake at 400°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
Herbs sour cream
- Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
