Maple and Ginger Tapas Sausage

Ingredients

of Dalisa TAPAS sausages

1/4 cup
of butter
-
1 cup
of maple syrup

1/4 cup
of apple cider vinegar
-
1/4 cup
of ketchup
-
1/4 cup
of soy sauce
-
1 1/2 tsp
of fresh ginger (minced)

1 tsp
of ground cinnamon
-
1 pinch
of cloves
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large skillet, heat the butter and brown the sausages for 2 minutes. Add the ginger and cook for 1 minute. Pour in the maple syrup and simmer 1 more minute.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients with the sausages.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve on pretty cocktail picks.
