Maple and Ginger Tapas Sausage

Ingredients

  • 2.2 lbs

    of Dalisa TAPAS sausages

  • 1/4 cup

    of butter

  • 1 cup

    of maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup

    of apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup

    of ketchup

  • 1/4 cup

    of soy sauce

  • 1 1/2 tsp

    of fresh ginger (minced)

  • 1 tsp

    of ground cinnamon

  • 1 pinch

    of cloves

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the butter and brown the sausages for 2 minutes. Add the ginger and cook for 1 minute. Pour in the maple syrup and simmer 1 more minute.
  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients with the sausages.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve on pretty cocktail picks.
