Dalisa Mexican sausages

jalapeno pepper

red bell peppers

1 bouquet
of green onions (shallots)

1 cup
of salsa

limes
-
1 1/2 cups
of Monterey Jack cheese
-
Fresh coriander to taste
-
Sour cream to taste
Preparation
- Grill sausages on the BBQ. Set aside once cooked.
- Cut the lime into half and grill them on the BBQ. Set aside.
- Cut peppers into cubes. Slice shallots and cooked sausages.
- Put the ingredients in an aluminum wrap, except for coriander, sour cream and shallots.
- Cook for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is at your convenience.
- When serving, sprinkle coriander, shallots and sour cream on top. Serve with either tortillas or Mexican rice.
