Sandwich with Dalisa Mexican sausage

Ingredients

    Dalisa Mexican sausages

  • 4

    sandwich breads

  • 1

    Italian tomato, cut into small cubes

  • 1

    lime and its zest

  • 1

    green onion, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons

    of olive oil

  • 2 to 3

    drops of Tabasco

  • 1/2 cup

    of sour cream

  • 1/3 cup

    of black olives, sliced

  • 1/3 cup

    of red onion, sliced

  • 1/4 cup

    of fresh coriander

Preparation

  1. To make guacamole, cut the avocados in half. Remove the pit and the flesh. In a bowl, mash the flesh roughly with a fork. Add the tomatoes, the zest of half the lime and its juice, chopped onion, olive oil, salt, pepper and Tabasco.
  2. Grill the sausages on the BBQ.
  3. Split the sandwich bread. Spread guacamole on top of the bread, place a grilled sausage and garnish with sour cream, sliced black olives, diced red onion and chopped fresh coriander. Serve.
