Sausage Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 1

    package of Dalisa Mexican sausages, sliced in 3

  • 8

    tortillas

  • 1

    large red onion, thinly sliced

  • 2

    large bell peppers, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup

    of water

  • Garnish of your choice : sour cream, lime, salsa, avocado, cheese, jalapeños, etc.

Homemade fajitas seasoning

  • 1 tsp

    of smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp

    of oregano

  • 1/2 tsp

    of chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp

    of garlic powder

  • 1 tsp

    of cumin

  • 1/2 tsp

    of salt

  • 1/2 tsp

    of pepper

Preparation

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add the sliced sausages and onion. Cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the peppers, seasoning and water. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until the sausages are done.
  3. Heat the tortillas in the oven in foil.
  4. Serve the fajitas with your favourite sides.
