Sausage, Goat Cheese and Cantaloupe bites

Dalisa White Wine & Shallots sausages

of creamy goat cheese

1 tbsp
of chopped chives

1 tbsp
of chopped parsley

cantaloupe cubes (1 inch x 1 inch)

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. On a baking sheet, cook the sausages for about 15 minutes. Let cool and cut each sausage into 6 slices.
- In a bowl, mix the goat cheese with the herbs.
- Divide the cheese mixture over the cantaloupe cubes. Add a slice of sausage over the cheese. Prick with a toothpick.
- Can be eaten warm or cold.
