  • 1 tbsp

    of brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp

    of balsamic vinegar

  • 300 ml

    of beef broth

  • 1 tbsp

    of flour

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine flour, chives and salt. Dig a hole in the center and break the eggs one at a time.
  3. Add the milk and use a whisk to mix well.
  4. In a muffin tin, put 1 tsp of vegetable oil in each cup and place in the oven for 3 minutes. Carefully remove the tin from the oven and put 2 tapas sausages in each cup. Return to the oven for 5 minutes.
  5. Take the tin out of the oven and pour the dough to 3/4 of each cup.
  6. Return to the oven for 18 to 20 minutes. Once well cooked, gently turn out the sausage muffins, be careful they will be very hot.
  7. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a small saucepan. Add the onion, brown sugar and vinegar. Cook for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  8. Add flour and beef broth and mix well. Boil 1 minute, then reduce the heat and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  9. Pour the sauce over the muffins and serve with a green salad. Enjoy your meal !
