-
1
small onion (minced)
-
1 tbsp
of brown sugar
-
1 tbsp
of balsamic vinegar
-
300 ml
of beef broth
-
1 tbsp
of flour
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a small bowl, combine flour, chives and salt. Dig a hole in the center and break the eggs one at a time.
- Add the milk and use a whisk to mix well.
- In a muffin tin, put 1 tsp of vegetable oil in each cup and place in the oven for 3 minutes. Carefully remove the tin from the oven and put 2 tapas sausages in each cup. Return to the oven for 5 minutes.
- Take the tin out of the oven and pour the dough to 3/4 of each cup.
- Return to the oven for 18 to 20 minutes. Once well cooked, gently turn out the sausage muffins, be careful they will be very hot.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a small saucepan. Add the onion, brown sugar and vinegar. Cook for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Add flour and beef broth and mix well. Boil 1 minute, then reduce the heat and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the muffins and serve with a green salad. Enjoy your meal !
