Sausage Pizza with anchovy and olives

Ingredients

  • 2

    Toulouse Dalisa sausages

  • 1

    pizza dough (for 2 people)

  • 2 tbsp

    of olive oil

  • Caramelized onion

  • Bocconcini cheese, sliced

  • Sun-dried tomatoes

  • Anchovy fillets

  • Kalamata olives

  • Few arugula leaves

  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook the sausages on the BBQ for 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool and slice.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured work surface. Cook the dough on the BBQ for a few minutes. It will come off the barbecue grill when ready. Grill both sides.
  3. Pour a drizzle of olive oil on the cooked dough. Distribute each of the ingredients according to your taste and garnish with olive oil, salt and pepper.
