Sausage Pizza with anchovy and olives

Ingredients

Toulouse Dalisa sausages

pizza dough (for 2 people)

2 tbsp
of olive oil

Caramelized onion
-
Bocconcini cheese, sliced
-
Sun-dried tomatoes
-
Anchovy fillets
-
Kalamata olives
-
Few arugula leaves

Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Cook the sausages on the BBQ for 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool and slice.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured work surface. Cook the dough on the BBQ for a few minutes. It will come off the barbecue grill when ready. Grill both sides.
- Pour a drizzle of olive oil on the cooked dough. Distribute each of the ingredients according to your taste and garnish with olive oil, salt and pepper.
